The hotel felt completely abandoned for our five-day stay, only one staff member was present!!! A $700 price tag shouldn't mean sacrificing basic hotel services like hot water assistance!!! Also, charging for water bottles is a bit of a stretch!!!

The experience was fantastic! The location offered stunning sunset views over the moai right from our porch. Breakfast on our deck was a highlight. The warm staff went above and beyond to help with dinner reservations. I loved waking up near the Moai and the coastal walks were incredible! 🌅
